The 3 body laws to Weight Loss and gain Muscle Mass

To weight loss or gain muscle mass you have to take changes in your life style. These changes will make your body react and produce some results.

The problem comes when these results are not what you were expecting: have you been in the situation were you start a diet or an exercises routine and the first weeks you notice that you lost weight or with more muscle mass, but as time passes you reach a plateau and you don’t see any other changes? Or have you done a diet just as the book said and there haven’t been any apparent results?

This happens when our body reacts by the 3 basic laws, which you must previously know to be able to avoid these problems. If you know these laws, you will be able to “trick” your own body to slim down or increase your muscle mass, and also you will be able to do it as fast as you were in the beginning of the diet or routine, and even better : Extend the results for all the time you want!

The 3 body laws to Weight Loss and gain Muscle Mass


1- The adaptation to the changes

If you have read Darwin (or if you haven’t), you will have an idea of the nature of the living beings and of course human beings, this is reduced to: The Evolution. And the evolution it’s about a continuous progress of the organism versus the environment and what will happen next. This has been happening since the beginning of life, and it pass from generation to generation, year after year.

A little bit deep, don’t you agree? What is the relationship with this and to slim down or increase your muscles? Well, to accomplish this evolution there is one concept that make all this possible: The adaptation to changes.

This concept it’s what makes successful or not in your routines or diets, if you know how to understand it and be able to manipulate it, you will be able to obtain the results that you have been seeking all your life.

The adaptation works in a pretty simple way: your body doesn’t like the changes and it will do everything to keep your organism in balance all the time. This is possible by adapting your corporal functions and metabolism very quickly.

Now you probably understand that if you start a diet, the first days you will notice immediate results, but after a while the body get used to this and even if you keep following your diet, you are going to hit a plateau and you won’t see any more results.

2-  Energy storage

The second law comes from the first one: Before supermarkets or delivery food, the human being hunted or searched in the nature to find food. And the nature is random and inhospitable, this is why getting food, most of all for the human being that is not a great predator, it was a matter of luck. You could have gotten food in one day and have nothing in several more.

Is for this reason that the body evolved and adapted to store the maximum quantity of energy if it’s not being instantly used. Unfortunately the energy comes from the food is stored as fat in the body and is concentrated in the areas that we don’t want to.

3- Every person is different

This law modifies a little the other ones, since overall you have to keep in mind that every person reacts in a different way according a physical or mental stimulation.

The other laws are valid to most of the people, they are correct in a higher or lower degree: there are some peoples that store fat faster than other people, or some others can build up their muscles faster and bigger.

You always have to keep this in mind, since this way you will know that every diet or routine must be personalized according to your needs, physical condition and how your body responds to this.

Remember that even if a diet it’s SO successful for a person it may not be the best for you.

For example, in the topic: “Increase metabolism – Natural boosters“, I talked about the excellent properties of the caffeine. But if in your case, the caffeine has never done to you any good then just don’t take it, this doesn’t mean that you have to use it as an obligation to reach your objective and because this blog says so. Got it? There are many ways of attacking the same problem and you must always remember that.

So you must always have to keep in mind the three laws of the body:

1- The adaptation to the changes: your body doesn’t like the changes and it will do everything to keep your organism in balance all the time.

2- Energy storage: the body will store the quantity of energy if it’s not being instantly used.

3- Every person is different: every person reacts in a different way according a physical or mental stimulation.
