How to Increase the metabolism rate – Natural boosters

Inside the three areas that you can handle to increase metabolism in a natural way, you can find the digestive process which has a relation with the food we eat.

In this process there are some factors that you have to keep in mind: the quality of the food, the frequency you eat them and the proportion.

But now I am going to tell you about other elements that come very handy to increase your metabolism rate: The Natural Boosters.

When we have the conviction of weight loss, many times we get some type of supplement which will assure us that we will burn fat, tight the tissues and other of thousand wonderful things. Ok, I’m not telling you that these supplements are bad or will not fulfill with what they promise, the problem is most of them reach a very high price and other can be bad to our health if we don’t know what we are really taking. (Don’t worry, in other articles I will analyze the most famous ones).

By the other way, there are natural foods which can help a lot and the best is the very low cost:

Coffee (caffeine)

The main ingredient of the coffee is the caffeine, which chemically stimulates the central nervous system. In consequence your metabolism will be increased, setting free stored fat and sending it to the blood stream. The fat is used as fuel by the muscles, so it also helps to keep your muscles in shape.

To avoid this you have to limit the consume of coffee only for the days that you will train with weights or cardio. With this you will have no problems of dependency and you will avoid problems like: headache, gastrointestinal and nervous problems. If these symptoms appear, you should lower the quantity of caffeine and not consume it every day, even less in high quantities.

Take a cup (or two cups if you have a big body) of coffee, from 60 to 45 min before starting your training. Do not take any more than this or any other day that you are not going to train. And remember you can’t prepare your coffee adding cream, whole milk, sugar or any other caloric component. You can sweet it with saccharine or sucralose.

Green Tea

The green tea is one of those products that every time they are finding more properties. But it’s proved that it’s great to increase your metabolism, plus the green tea can rust the fat and stimulates the thermogenesis of the body. You can drink it every time you want, since it doesn’t produce dependency problems, anyways it’s a good idea drinking it once you wake up and when you are going to sleep.

Chili (hot pepper)

Chili is one of the seasoning that has shown by many studios of being great to increase metabolism, helps the energetic consume and to burn fat.

It’s a great choice to season your foods and get free of those extra pounds.

Water

Keeping you hydrated every time is excellent for the organism and his functions. Helps to keep your metabolism active and it also improves the process of using fat as energy.

Opposite of what many think, being constantly hydrated doesn’t produce liquid retention, as a fact, it almost has diuretic effects with the difference that being in a constant state of drinking liquid doesn’t produce dehydration (this is a little bit logic, isn’t?).

There are some tables which point out which is the amount of water that one must consume according to the corporal weight and other factors like the quantity of caloric consume. But there is a very good way to know if you are hydrating yourself well and it’s to see the color of your urine. If it’s too yellow it means that you are not hydrated enough. You must drink water constantly to keep your urine always near light or transparent.

Vegetal Fiber

The vegetal fiber is found in most of the vegetables, fruits, legume and cereals without refining process (like bread, oats, etc).

The fiber doesn’t directly increase the metabolism, but has multiples good elements that helps the digestive system: the fiber absorbs water so you will feel more satisfied, the same as if you have eaten a lot. Also helps to control the level of sugar in the blood, so it will incentive the liberation of fat to being used as energy.

The daily recommended quantity of fiber is from 20 to 35gr. In other articles I will deeply talk about this topic.

These are nourishment that increases your metabolism rate in a natural way. Remember not to abuse from each one of them, these are complements that present little benefits and not by consume them in large quantities you will make more results.
