It is often said that one must stick to a high protein diet, if you wish to lose weight. I want to know what to do it the instance of a vegeterian?

It’s true, a high protein diet are excellent for slim down very fast, but also you have to calculate the ratios and calories for that. I will explain this later in other posts.
The vegetarian people have less options to take proteins from food, but not for that you don’t have a choice.
You can find proteins in: (for strict vegans only) soy and soy products (soy flour, tofu, soy protein, juice and milk), (for vegetarians) the white eggs!, and I really recommend you the Whey Protein, that’s “the queen of the proteins” right now, much better than meat protein because it is assimilated way faster! and it doesn’t have saturated fats.
