Introduction
For many, the way we live our life doesn’t give us time to dedicate taking care of our health. The lack of physical activity and the poor quality in our alimentation are making our body suffer, without realizing that we are getting fat and we are being inactive.
But don’t worry about this, it can easily be turned around.
Our jobs and studies are the main reasons of this. Many times we don’t have time to eat healthy and we choose what’s easier to get and at the same time being satisfactory: Fast Food. If you have watched the documentary “Super Size Me”, you will realize that this kind of food can cause serious problems in short time.
I remember that once I went to Argentina, for only a week (It is very pretty Buenos Aires!). The food there is very cheap and tasty, so I took the chance and I ate everything I could. I think that was the time that I got so fat in so little time, when I came back I felt heavy and tired all the time. And what is worse the body demands you to eat the same or more, if not you feel anxiety all the time. Many times I would wake up in the middle of the night and eat whatever I found in the fridge.
If people spend years eating like this and add the lack of exercise, without realizing it, we are under a loop that will take us directly at gaining weight from fat and in many cases to make our health extremely worse.
If you are reading this, probably you have the same wishes that I had years ago to be able to change your life, leaving behind that sedentary life and be able to have the body that you want. But it’s important to make a plan with what we going to do to accomplish it. I think this is where we make many mistakes. Not by our fault, it’s because there are thousands if not millions of: Methods, exercises, programs, machines, products, pills, diets, etc. that will assure us (tricking and lying), about the easiness that we will lose weight like magic. Probably you have experienced this more than once in your life, same way that I spent time, and money in a lot of them without having the results that I wanted.
But the truth is that I don’t regret it. For more than ten years of trying (and making mistakes) in the search of a good method to burn fat, I realized of what doesn’t work, what does, and what works amazingly.
What you will find in this webpage are advice and suggestions of the things that really work and make changes dramatically in your body VERY fast. Each advice separately may not accomplish their objective or just work partially, but if you put them to work at the same time they form the most extraordinary method to burn fat and increase your body muscles in the quickest way possible.
