Before we start to give practical advice, you must understand which are the objectives of the articles that you will read and how they will dramatically change your life.
Many people ask me to give them a diet or an exercise routine, and swear on their knees that they will follow it in each point. The big problem is that this isn’t how it works, on the contrary, to accomplish your objectives to slim down or increase your muscles without raising your amount of fat, first of all, you must understand what you are doing and what is the end of your acts. What good will come out of it, if someone gives you a diet without really knowing what is going on in your body and what the consequences would be?, How could you modify this diet every week according your improvements?, What would happen if you want to maintain your achievements later?
Most of us look for easy things when we want to reach our esthetic objectives. Many people take advantage of our intentions and try to offer products or services promising that they will lose fat fast. Unfortunately, for those that didn’t have a divine genetic gift, accomplishing our objectives can be a task that becomes very complicated at the beginning, hard to reach, and in some cases impossible. But this occurs only because the road that we take is not the right one.
